Alisa Winder
Having practised meditation since 1995 and taught groups for many years - Meditation Teacher Diploma qualified - training as a Mindfulness Now practitioner in 2025 (MBSR/MBCT-informed) with a secular and trauma-informed approach was the next natural step: this led to completing Advanced Trauma Informed Practice certificate.
Using practical, kinaesthetic and skills-based methods: clear tools for attention, regulation, and resilience that people can use in everyday life and at work.
Having worked in professional roles for years, I wanted something which was secular and grounded - hence attending the UK College for Mindfulness and Mindfulness Now. This approach also came from watching and experiencing stresses within certain workplaces (including my own workalike), as well as home life, and how meditation helped me to overcome multiple life challenges.
Currently about to embark on Compassion Focussed Wellbeing Therapy (May 2026) to add to the current skill set.
Whilst workplace wellbeing focussed, one-to-one sessions are also available.
